Go to start menu and write this term in 'run'.
1.write 'tree' & press ok. It will work as a many refresh.
2.write 'prefetch' & ok.Some item will appear.Select all by clt+A and delete all.
3.write 'recent' & ok .Delete all items.
4.write'temp' & ok and delete as possible.
5.write'%temp% '& ok and selete all items.
Do all and it will somewhat speedup your computer.
